Upper & Lower body, Strength and Muscle building.

Set the Tone is a full body movement class. You can expect a more hands on approach compared to our regular HIIT classes. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Set the Tone is a great complement to our personal training program.

One More Rep

Monday & Friday – Intermediate Level 

Full body, Strength, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

How about a fast-moving, constantly-changing, straightforward station workout that creatively uses body weight and equipment?

Meet One More Rep! A 7 stations endorphin blast that ranks up a bunch of calories and builds endurance, power, balance, and strength through a wide range of movements. Pushing through One More Rep is about building character and challenging your mind and toughness to push through all 7 stations.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – All Fitness Level

Learn to perform basic movements such as squats, lunges, pushes, pulls, hinges, and core stabilization with confidence. We’ll break down each movement, ensuring proper form and alignment to prevent injuries and maximize results.
This session caters to all fitness levels but is best suited for beginners seeking to establish a solid fitness base.

Ignite the Fire

Monday & Wednesday – All Fitness Level

Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, “Ignite the Fire” is a comprehensive full body workout that will help you increase strength, endurance, and flexibility. Our class gradually introduces new exercises and intensities, allowing you to challenge yourself while still maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience.
This session caters to all fitness levels, providing progressions or regressions based on experience so you can feel confident in class without pushing yourself beyond your limits.

The Build

Perfect your form and technique and build strength in this class where we’ll focus on fundamental movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, core stability and more. Tuesday & Thursday – All Fitness Level

Our “Move & Mobilize” exercise class is the perfect place to begin your transformation towards improved health and wellness. Designed exclusively for beginners or those with limited mobility, this class offers a supportive and nurturing environment where you can build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace.
